I learned that there journey took 2 years, 10 months, and 4 days to go there and back home. I also learned that all of the original party except captain Clark's slave York and George Drouillard were in the army. Most of them were paid George Drouillard was hired as a tracker and hunter he was paid 25$ /monthEnlisted men were paid $5/month
Sergeants - $8/month
Clark - $30/month
Lewis - $40/month
Clyde, you are doing such a great job with your game idea! I truly believe that you will have tons of fun in this class and learn a lot about the history throughout this year! We just need to get Josh to get on the roll with us!
